The FTS is a tubeless tyre that can be mounted to any wheel with spokes without needing additional devices. The wheel contains the air thanks to a special membrane applied in the molding phase, making it a single piece with the tyre.
The FTS tyre guarantees great safety and protection from punctures and cuts, thanks to a composite material layer, which allows use even at
very low pressures (0.7 to 0.8 bar) without risking "snake bite" from the rims on the air chambers. It is resistant to punctures and anti-puncture sealants can also be used, which ensures self‐repair even on punctures or cuts.

Great temperature stability is guaranteed as the tubeless tyre is free from the usual frictions generated when using the tyre/inner tube or pneumatic/
mousse. This makes the system especially attractive for the major Rally Raids where temperature often causes premature wear on the tire due to the increased pressure when using the inner tube or the mousse.

A special precautions to take when using the FTS system is to have a fully working tyre clamp. In the case of extremely low pressures and with particularly powerful motorbikes, using 2 tyre clamps is recommended.
